An active community of approximately 800 residents, Lynn Lake, Manitoba, Canada, is located 1,100 kilometres northwest of Winnipeg, Manitoba at the end of highway 391. Lynn Lake began as a mining community but over time has evolved into a tourist destination for anyone who loves outdoor adventures. The surrounding natural habitat is untamed by man and a ten minute drive in any direction will lead you to some of the most pristine wilderness on the planet. As far as the eye can see there is only forest, lakes, and wildlife. There are literally dozens of road accessible lakes and rivers in the surrounding area where you will find world-class hunting and freshwater fishing opportunities. Whether you are angling for trophy Pike, Walleye, Lake Trout, or any other of the many species of fish in the area, you will not be disappointed. Travelling to Lynn Lake is possible both by air and road and once you arrive, there is no mistaking that you are in Canada's north; free, rugged, wild and breathtaking.
